Chad Pennington’s 1st and 10 Foundation is pleased to announce that it has awarded $110,000 to deserving organizations throughout West Virginia and East Tennessee for the Fall 2009 grant cycle. The Foundation, which awards grants on a semi-annual basis, issued $197,500 to organizations in 2009.
